Jay brings strong operational and logistical experience to PPN, alongside a practical, solution-focused approach to property and project delivery.
With experience coordinating people, logistics and moving parts, he plays a key role across projects, maintenance and the practical delivery of PPN's property services.
Alongside his developing expertise in electrical installation, Jay brings an understanding of what it takes to prepare, improve and maintain property while coordinating the right contractors and specialists for each requirement.

Denita brings together property knowledge, strategic thinking and a strong background in relationship and partnership development.
With extensive training and experience across property investment and sourcing, she leads PPN's approach to identifying opportunities, understanding client and partner requirements, and building the relationships that help move them forward.
Her role spans sourcing, partnerships and business growth, connecting landlords, providers, investors, developers, businesses and property professionals around the right opportunities and practical solutions.
